    Disgusting cheating from Liverpool.

Wonder what VAR may have done about it...
You’ll have another team in the race for 4th if VAR gets introduced

    City being one if them
We’d break our 100 point record and become invisibles

Glad Mike got the VAR he's wanted for so long.

Imagine having everything go your way. Offsides, penalties, 50-50 calls, barely any injuries to key players. Beyond the top of your game.

If we had VAR this season City would have 100 points again and would have won by 15 points.

Regression to the mean next season.

Is this what regression to the mean looks like? :D

You won two games against relegation candidates while City dropped points against the CL finalists who were incredibly lucky to hold on to a point (VAR made the spot on call and it was hilarious, independent of that). Hardly means anything.

City lost to Palace and Leicester last year and still ended up beating Liverpool's greatest and jammiest ever season.

You just needed to beat the relegation candidates last season to get top 4 and bottled it so I wouldn't underestimate them.

Norwich just won 3-1 against Newcastle. They're hardly a poor team.

That 50th was a little cheap as he fluffed the shot, but still damn impressive.

how did city not get a pen for the tackle on silva  this VAR not being allowed to overturn refs decisions beats the whole purpose of VAR.... if VAR is only here to take goals away from players being an inch offside then thats terrible

sterling looks onside there too but ref puts the flag up before the play has finished.... premier league have managed to kill the whole purpose of VAR (to get right decisions)

Yeah have to agree. Been pretty pleased with VAR so far, but that was a horrible decision.

I can understand fouls starting outside the box and then coming in not being called but that should be fairly cut and dry there.

The worst part is that VAR doesn’t check to see if the call was even right, but rather if the ref made a “clear and obvious error”. 5 Live were talking earlier about how the PL seems to be more concerned with backing the refs.

No matter, they always crumble when up against the top teams. Flat track bullies.

6? No it’s was 7 points clear actually.

18 games to go and that team went 17-0-1 after that. If you can’t see how mental that is then your a lost cause 🤦‍♂️
