From the fact that you took a Lamela/Ozil comparison seriously, I gather Arsenal fans have severe doubts about whether ozil is actually anything but average.

Another way of admitting defeat ;)
I guess you saw for yourself on Squawka then, and you have snapped out of your brainwashed state?

Nothing wrong with a Spurs fan, won't cause any controversy because they have nothing to shout about.

It's nice to get an insight into their team, very insignificant and weird.

Of course he will. He's stuck in the loan cycle for good now, until he's sold.

Might even be able to get him on a permanent if you have a bit of cash @Handy Andy. I see no place in our squad for him and he seems to have even fallen down the pecking order of promising young midfielders at the club, so could probably be persuaded to sell. Would be a bit of a shame as I think he will become a very good player.

Wouldn't surprise me, we know La Liga well. CB shouldn't be a position of need a year after spending £42m on one but it probably is.. Kompany's 29, on the back of his worst season ever and injuries will surely just get worse rather than improve. Demichelis has a year left and probably should be more of a rotation guy next season.

I can't imagine we'll be promoting Rekik or Denayer just yet, both will probably go out on loan again. Rekik's been at PSV for 2 years straight, hardly a solid test for him. Denayer's at Celtic, same thing there and interestingly has scored 6 goals for them.

Adidas & Ander Herrera, two cards we hold. We've been reportedly interested in him for a very long time now.

Will be interesting to see where he ends up.

Haha the Adidas stuff doesn't mean a lot @SaifR, just promotional stuff. Remember that Aguero/Reus pic for Puma?

You were linked with every CB under the sun because your starting two left and Evans, Smalling and Jones were 🎃🎃🎃🎃.. two still are.

That would be great, but apparently you're paying him 35k a week so we have no hope of matching that. Would have thought that a lower prem club would get him, I think he is good enough to play in the prem tbh.

Maybe Clarke can persuade him to join us :3

Yeah of course it doesn't mean a lot. The important point was that there's been long term interest. Only means anything if we make a move though.

Oh and Rio & Vidic were never starting CBs. Not together anyway, that's suicide.

    This is interesting:

    Only problem is his injuries.

What are Chelsea fans views on Filipe Luis? I don't really see why he was signed to play as a secondary and he's barely been given a chance. Should've just kept Bertrand as back up?

I always thought Luis was a quality full back.

We should have kept Bertrand in hindsight yes. Its a weird one with Filipe because he hasn't really done anything wrong, done perfectly well when played. Its just Jose prefers Azpilicueta, I personally dont down the left as Filipe offers more going forward but Azpi is superior defensively. I'm not sure there is a better full back defensively than Azpilicueta in world football so Jose is always going to play him.

I think what has really harmed Filipe is Ivanovic having an outstanding season, maybe has lost form a little recently but the first half of the season he was incredible both defensively and offensively. Most people expected Filipe to come in for Ivanovic but it just hasnt been possible.

I hope he stays, he is a very good player to have in the squad. Whether he is happy only being a rotation option I dont know, wouldn't be surprised if he goes back to Atletico.
