Transfer budget new season

In fifa 16 any budget you had left pretty much reset when you finished a season. Is it the same this year or do we finally carry over our remaining budgets into next season?

This is something I have just come on the forums to ask about??

In January I have 45.9 million left and I want to save it for next season... will this happen or is there a way I have to 'store' the money for next season...
