Has anyone actually packed the Scream Beast? I have opened more bronze packs then i am willing to admit but still no sign of him or Mor... have you guys had any luck packing the bronze beasts?

Yes, I packed him in a 400 coin pack. Not sure how many packs you've opened, but you should expect to open ~1000 bronze packs per IF pulled.

Also, what is this forum section? Seems very random and difficult to get to.

Bronze packs are great for trading
