59th minute refreshing

Is anyone able to consistently get new cards appearing on the 59th minute such as when looking at legends. I just cant seem to get any new players coming up no matter what parameters i set. Havent been able to do it since the launch of Fifa 17 but have been able to do it in previous fifas.

I find the same players seem to stay for a while, even after they are sold. Still managed to snipe some IF the other day tho.

Must be connection related then. I have sluggish players when i play so it makes sense that this part of the game doesnt work properly for me as well then
