I use 4231-2 with my serie a squad. Florenzi is a lock for rb, id use koulibaly and bonucci as cb. Your lb options there arent great, id invest some of that 100k into sandro if i were you.
Id also pick up asamoah for a cdm position and put parolo in the other cdm. Banega as your cam. A strong striker like mandzukic is good for targetman or icardi i find is better as a striker for work rates... perisic on lm and cuadrado/candreva on the right.

Cudrado/candreva, benaga, perisic

I like 433 (2) and (4) I cross a bit and play possession.

I prefer strong LB/RBs and set them to stay back
My defensive midfielder is also set to stay back
LW get in behind and cut in
RW get in behind and stay wide
ST stay central
If I use Mandzukic I set to targetman and if I use someone else I'll set it to get in behind.
