New Glitch? Controller Disconnected.?

Just played a game in seasons 0-0 in the second half other player comes on his Mic couldn't work out what he said, then it pops up my controller is disconnected my players stop and he scored. I try to take the kick off after he scored nothing would move/respond only the pause button would work. In the pause menu all the buttons responded but when I returned to the game nothing would work? Anyone else had this?

Not after a goal but from goal kicks and such things.

Charge my controller like that wasn't the first thing I checked lol so frustrating hope this doesn't happen again.
