Injuries and subs glitch.

So just got two players injured in my last game. When the option to sub them came up it brought up my opponents team giving me no option to sub my injured players. Ended up second half with nine men and unable to change formation losing 4-3

Used to get it in 16 co op seasons all the time. Go to make a sub and get the other guys team. It wasn't even rare, nearly every game

I remember suffering from this in Fifa 15. Haven't come across it since, but it's reappearance now, when injuries are so common, is very unwelcome.
