How long does a transfer ban normally last?

So I'm suddenly getting the message 'There was an error with your bid. Another team has bid higher than your most recent offer'. I understand this is a transfer ban. I was mass bidding on a particular league's silvers in preparation for a potential SBC. Fair enough, but does anyone know how long these bans usually last?

I got one this morning, trading like a mad man last night and banned yet to know how long.

I got one this morning, trading like a mad man last night and banned yet to know how long.

Iv just checked the app and I can still bid on that. So appears to just be a console ban. I did buy about 150 players so should have known better lol.
