Me and Frosbite just don't cope

Looking for some help about team and play style. I start strong score 1 or 2 then Ahmed Musa becomes superman and I lose it 2-3, 2-4, 3-5. Same happens on draft. I don't use high pressure so my players aren't tired. I try slow build up play but when my player gets the ball he has no place to move he is always closed down, I try to shield it for a bit, a skill move or two, pass it straight away but something just isn't working, really struggling atm. If someone has some advice I'll apreciate it.

If there's a formation that's going to get countered by pace it's the one you're using.

Last year really loved 4312. I feel that wide midfielders are strugling in this game. Will give it shot.

i struggled with 41212 wide my first few games because the one cdm was always getting overrun and you would have the same issue, try 433(2) as you have 3 in the middle, 2 of which will help the striker. also, I have found that LM/RM this year just didnt get forward enough to support the attacks for me, so with wingers you have more support

Thanks. about the RM/LM I also notice such thing.
