Go watch the gamescom video of FIFA 17 presentation they talk about it for 5mins that is all the info we have right now, the EA guy said they would tell more info shortly and this was about 5 weeks ago
The EA guy also said they would be in the game on day 1 that was his quote, so the question is day 1 in the US? or day 1 in the UK?
They'll be super rare if that's the case.. Will be some crazy amount of packs being opened ..
And i think we will se first market crash this year

I didn't mean they would be in packs for a day I meant they will be in packs from day 1, which really is tomorrow unless they go off uk release day 1 and it would last a week

once one EA dev tweets something like "big cards coming soon" the hype will go from 0 to 100 really quick
