No FUT Draft token on early access?

Just booted up the game up for the first time, and I have no fut draft token, and no loyalty packs, even though I played FUT on Xbox from FUT 12 to FUT 15. What's going on?

Same for me, should be a FUT founder yet it's started a new club est sept 2016, already didn't have access to the web app. Apparently EA are 'looking into it'. So i wouldn't get your hopes up
