So EA access players can't use the Web app?

Tried opening packs on web app but it says "Sorry, EA access Trial users do not have access to the FUT Web App..."

Search 'FIFA 17 Companion' it's the last on the list in the search if on iPhone.

Same.... im thinking its something to do with my xbox account. Just switched from ps4. Can log into those. Shouldnt be locked though, played about 40 games a month ago.

Same thing for me I'm playing Fifa since 2011 and didn't have the 4 bonus packs and I can't access the web app because I'm an "EA Access user". Very annoying

Same here. This happened to me in 2015 too, and it happened to other people last year. Completely ridiculous because you end up wasting the measly 10 hours on trading and squad building. Seems to be something they do every year - we'll be lucky to have webapp access by release date.

This is happening to me as well, and it's nonsense. The whole reason I have EA Access is so I have *Full* access to the game, including the webapp, during the access period.

Same issue dude. Contacted EA support and apparently the studio is aware of the issue and are trying to fix it. No ETA at the momen

Thanks for the info, disappointed I couldn't get in to web app now this. Will be very busy for next few days and was hopping to use the apps to open packs and build.

I have Fifa 17 access no problem and did receive returning user packs but can not enter webapp. It says early access users do not have access to the webapp. Also companion app do not upgrading to Fifa

Same for me! I'm a fut founder but it's not given me my packs or let me access the web app. It's reset my account to say I joined in September 2016 I'm so annoyed!!
