They transfer over on a one time transfer option and can be done though early access. People do this so they don't waste time opening packs on the early access as it only gives you 10hours of play time. They load the fp and head over to the web app to open packs.

The fact that he and another streamer have put nearly 2m points on between them is 100% proof that they know they will transfer.
But I still don't get why people load up before. You don't achieve anything by doing it. Just buy it when EA Access goes live.

If he's actually done it then they surely do.. He's practically working for ea.
That's my point - you can't transfer the points before you play FIFA17 on the console. So you achieve nothing by buying points on 16.
You can't use them until you've either
A ) Played EA Access version on 22nd (Xbox)
B ) Played full game on release
Yeah I watched him do it, he was checking some site that had info that said what gets carried over from 16 to 17 so im sure it will happen.
What are you basing that on? As that would be a departure from previous years if that's the case.
