Your squads are crap, or you're crap at playing games?

You can play this game with low pace players and some of them are actually quite good. But fact is pace helps to escape many situations.

Yeah I have heard these stories. I can escape just fine with my players unless they are exhausted from pressing too much. I play with 40 pressure nowadays and can escape fine from opponents who use high pressing and counter attacking.

I mainly used those centre backs to get Sandro in at LB since Prem left backs are all ****.

Pace wise left backs you've got Moreno and Zuniga in BPL

Both **** though. Sandro has fractionally less pace and loads more ability.
Moreno isn't **** in this game. Irl tho... :)

He is ****. He's short, has no strength, can't tackle or even pass that well. He's not what I look for in a full back.

He's great lol, which Moreno have you tried? Then there's Clichy, Holebas and Rose.

All dreadful compared to Alex Sandro though aren't they? My favourite Premier League left back is actually Luke Shaw, he's solid.

Well, I wouldn't say dreadful but yeah. Alex Sandro sets the bar really high though, one of the best this year imo.

I use Sandro, and he does really well compared to any BPL fullback I've ever used.

I think bellrin is pretty grim. Not sure if it's because when the ball breaks to him at the edge of the box from a corner it ends up in row z. I use walker and find him much better

Yeah I much prefer Walker too. But I figure if he's making a pace team, Walcott + Bellerin is pretty standard.

    433-2

    Sterling-Remy-Shaqiri
    Cazorla-Fernandinho-Ramires
    Moreno-Koscielny-Otamendi-Walker
Some fool with long throw trait

    Midfield is too slow

True, needs more Atsu and some strikers converted to CAM

I'd have a midfield of Alexis, Ramires and Willian (Sanchez and Willian on 7 chem). Both wingers have H/H workrates and work really well as CM since defending stats are next to useless, they will win as many tackles as Matic.

Or do it like this in 4-3-1-2:
    Dybala - Sturridge
    Mane(Liv)
    Pereyra(Juv) - Ramires - Willian(7chem)
    Sandro - Otamendi - Koscielny - Walker
    Hart

Or something. Same basic idea with the pace and work rates, but Pereyra is going to be a better CM than Sanchez you would think.

interesting... it seems that certain players pop up again, and again, and again. Everyone uses them, apparently.

I'm not a pace abuser as such but if you are certain things work, and at this stage of the game everyone knows what works and and doesn't. You're getting the benefit of 11 months of other's play right here, right now :)
