The Portuguese League is 5th in the ranking ahead of Ligue 1, that only should deserve a TOTS. And since it won't attract such a big market, we thought if we joined the Turk League (huge market) with the Liga NOS and Russian league (another huge market), it would really be attractive and fair.

if there's a benelux TOTS there should certainly be a more focused hybrid of russia-turkey-portugal.. that'd possibly free up a lot of spaces for ROTW too

If you're talking about making 23-player TOTS from these 3 leagues, yes.

If you're talking about seperate TOTS for each of these leagues, no.

Apart from the usual 5 TOTS I'd like to see Portuguese, Turkish, Russian and Dutch leagues combined into 2 TOTS.

even as a super lig watcher I don't think we should necessarily get our own TOTS, that would never happen knowing EA and sales in that region etc , but a hybrid of couple of these top leagues just below the usual suspects would be really good.
