PS4 expert needed!

I am in difficult conundrum: I tried to play GTA5 on my PS4 (disc) and it prompted the re-installation message (it would take a long time to install, so I quit game). However, I went and look up the Application Information and it's there, so why would it ask me to install it again?
Important: A couple weeks ago, I gave my nephew the second copy of FIFA, originally purchase through the PS store, so in order for him to be able to play it, he has to have my account as his primary. Does this come in trouble in not being able to play GTA5?
