Here we go again. Like every year. EA does NOT CHOOSE the TOTY. They are voted by players, managers and reporters/journalists. And then again, they choose whoever they want. It is more about popularity than about performance. If it was based on performance, then we had 4 attackers this year. As no one can deny Suarez has had an excellent 2015.

I realize EA doesn't choose TOTY, it was stated more in jest (hence the ()) but I appreciate your further explanation (sarcasm or not). And I can certainly be of the opinion that he may not deserve it even if it is just a popularity contest, 1/2 season or not. But I guess that's wrong in the eyes of these tools....

Again. They are voted by the players. Who in their right mind wouldn't vote for one of the best players to ever play the game? Even if he had one abysmal season, being one of the best players EVER is enough to get you in as long as you're in your prime.
