Go to leader boards, click on one of the names to compare their stats with yours, let it open up, then close that window and immediately go try to find a game. Works for me 95% of the time when I can't find one. No idea why.

in general i get an opponent evey 10-20sec but now i had to play before the ucl game and couldn't find anyone lel
